DECATHLON - Footwear Division
I joined Decathlon in 2014 and spent seven years there, first as a footwear designer and later as an Innovation Lead. I designed footwear for men, women, and kids.
At Newfeel, I designed accessible, long-lasting walking shoes built for real life.
Later, within Decathlon Innovation, I led initiatives to improve processes, reduce development lead times, and accelerate time to market.
I leveraged digital fabrication, generative and parametric design, and explored
bio-based materials and low-tech approaches to rethink what a shoe can be and how it should be made.
I also built a digital platform to speed up Colour & Materials workflows.
Those years shaped me as both a designer and a person, teaching me how to align vision with constraints, lead teams, and turn meaningful ideas into industrial reality.
