DECATHLON - Footwear Division

I worked at Decathlon, first as a footwear designer, then as innovation lead.
My mission: create products that truly serve people not just through performance, but through empathy, precision and meaning.

At Newfeel, I designed accessible, long-lasting walking shoes with real life in mind.
Later, within Decathlon Innovation, I shifted towards more systemic thinking, exploring bio-based materials, digital fabrication and low-tech strategies to rethink what a shoe can be, and how it should be made.

These years helped me grow both as a designer and as a human, learning how to align vision and constraints, lead teams, and bring meaningful innovation to life in an industrial context.
