CREDITS : Newfeel Footwear Team – Decathlon

This project taught me how design can create a lasting impact in everyday life when teams collaborate, listen deeply, and build with intention.
The PW540 has now been on the market for over 9 years, with more than 10,085 reviews and a 4.7/5 rating on the Decathlon website. I’m proud of that, because true durability also means making something people trust and continue to choose.
As lead designer, I worked closely with product managers, engineers, and user testers to translate real-life usage into a shoe that’s robust, intuitive, and affordable.
The PW540 was designed for kids who walk regularly. It was about creating a daily tool for movement and encouraging walking as a shared family habit.
